Ajwang’ is currently a project officer at MannionDaniels Africa office in Nairobi. She has worked in international development and financial services. She has provided operational support to practice teams on all aspects of project management, operations and financial procedures, and arranged travel and duty of care provisions for staff and consultants on international projects, including in high risk environments such as in Somalia. She has closely assisted in the development of technical and financial proposals for work plans, budgets, background research, consultant negotiations, development of CVs and capability statements. More recently she has been involved in project and grants management, supporting fiduciary risk focused projects, and gender and social development projects such as the Menstrual Cup Coalition, GSMA and Amplify Change.
