David has extensive experience working in public financial management. Early in his career he worked in the UK Civil Service, predominantly in HM Treasury as an expert in budgetary policy, and later moved into international development consultancy. He is currently the head of our Fiduciary Risk Team covering the UK Aid Direct, UK Aid Match, and AmplifyChange funds; the team focuses on due diligence, financial reporting and fraud prevention.
