Mercy is a part-time, non-executive director in MannionDaniels’ office in Nairobi, Kenya. She is an advocate of the High Court of Kenya and she practices law in Nairobi in the firm of Shikwe Nyagah & Co. A specialist in commercial, property, employment and intellectual property law, her role with MannionDaniels includes advising on all legal aspects of company law and compliance, human resource and employment law, immigration, tax law and all the company’s contractual matters.
