I joined MannionDaniels as Project Manager for AmplifyChange in June 2016 to oversee the grant management process. I had previously managed short- and long-term public health projects in the international development sector but also for public sector bodies in the UK. I have a Master’s in public health.

As the fund grew in size and reputation my role changed to Operations Manager in 2017, and it was my responsibility to make sure the fund’s overall workplan was implemented on time and to budget. I work closely with numerous grant management teams across both our consortium partners based in Ghana and the US and also within MannionDaniels including our communications, fiduciary risk and finance specialists, to ensure team members are aware of the various funding rounds and what their roles and responsibilities are. As a team we work hard to ensure our 700+ grantees move effectively through our grant cycle by constantly listening to feedback and ensuring continuous improvements are made to our tools and processes.

I love my role here and feel incredibly lucky to be working on this particular contract with such a friendly, hardworking and passionate team. MannionDaniels has been an exceptional employer by supporting me to work part-time so I can also juggle managing two small children!
