Rolla is an experienced reproductive health specialist and women’s rights advocate with strong leadership skills. She is currently the Head of MannionDaniels' Gender and Social Development practice area and Fund Director for AmplifyChange.  Rolla leads on all external stakeholders liaison, on delivering the Fund’s strategy and results, and she manages the overall team.  She also leads on the sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR) technical direction for MannionDaniels.  Rolla built up her practical knowledge on SRHR through working with the most vulnerable as a researcher with both London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine and the Population Council, and by running community health programs in Pakistan, Afghanistan and Kosovo. Rolla has worked across the MENA region, most recently leading a project providing gender equality and social inclusion (GESI) overviews.
