Rolla is a strategic leader with strong experience managing large, global programmes. She has a gender specialty and regularly analyses policies, programs, MEL plans and budgets from a gender and inclusion perspective. She also has expertise in sexual and reproductive health and rights, and was formerly the Fund Director for AmplifyChange. There she led the multi-million, multi-donor fund supporting community-based approaches to increase advocacy and access for SRHR. She is currently managing large-scale programmes supporting civil society learning, feminist advocacy strengthening, and knowledge management across the Middle East and North Africa region, as well as Africa and Asia.
