About the project:

MannionDaniels was engaged to carry out the project completion reviews (PCRs) of two UK government Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) Rwanda Public Financial Management Programmes:

• A basket fund managed by the Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning (MINECOFIN) and a sub-fund managed by the Rwanda Revenue Authority (RRA).
• A basket fund dedicated to support for the Office of the Auditor General (OAG).

In addition to completion of the PCRs, the scope of the project included design and development of a results framework for the next phase of support.

Following completion of the project a package of extended technical support has been provided through MannionDaniels to the Office of the Auditor General.
